We want you to love your FloWake. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 100 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund of the product price.

How to request a refund
Email us at info@vonterlo.com with your order number and a short note about your experience. We'll reply within 2 business days.
Do I need to send the product back?
In most cases, no. In some cases we may ask you to return the item. If a return is required, we'll send you the details.
When will I get my money?
Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Shipping costs
Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
